Intyalheme Centre for Future Energy publish Off-Grid Guide

The Intyalheme Centre for Future Energy have produced a best practice guide to the procurement, deployment and maintenance of remote off-grid solar power systems in the Northern Territory and beyond.

The guide was authored by Ekistica and contains guidelines to help with decision making in the procurement, deployment, operation and maintenance of off-grid solar systems. It is primarily aimed at municipal and essential service providers, taking into account that renewable energy engineering might not always be an area of expertise for those working in this space.

The Off-Grid Guide also provides a brief history of renewable energy in the bush, and an explanation of the current funding arrangements for upgrading or installing renewable energy infrastructure in the bush.
