Generator Performance Standards review – information paper on C-FCAS
Power and Water Corporation has issued a supplementary paper to the Generator Performance Standards consultation process currently underway. The paper provides further clarity on the proposed Contingency Frequency Control Ancillary Services (C-FCAS) capability obligation for generators. It also proposes how the C-FCAS service will be operated and paid for within the existing I-NTEM arrangements and the future full Northern Territory Electricity Market framework.
